We’re growing and need some really great people to join our team!

We’re currently hiring Managers, Caregivers + Pop-Up/Remote Team Members.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
MANAGERS This is for someone who loves kids but can also lead a team and keep things running smoothly. You’ll work with parents and families, manage staff and ratios, plan activities, help with check-in, and oversee things like meals and allergies.
Hours are typically 8:30–3:00 or 3:00–8:00, plus 1–2 Saturdays a month.

CAREGIVERS If you genuinely love playing with kids, this could be a great fit. You’ll spend your shifts engaging with our kiddos, keeping them safe, helping guide behaviors, and making The PlaySpace a place they’re excited to come back to.
Hours are flexible, with 2 Saturdays a month required.

POP-UP/REMOTE TEAM Need something with shorter shifts? Our Pop-Up Team works at our partner locations in 3–4 hour shifts, typically 8–11, 11–2, or 4–7.
Two Saturdays a month are required.

A few things that matter A LOT to us: You need experience working with kids. You need to be dependable. And if you’re on the schedule, we need you to show up. 😊 No ghosting!
